Open Day Beemster

On Ascension Day, the traditional Open Day in the Beemster, the Leeghwater Ateliers open their studio’s. Yolanda shows her poetic etchings and demonstrates the printing process. In the Art-Giftshop next to the studio, children’s books with her illustrations, postcards and special Beemster etchings are for sale. Likewise, another 75 locations in the beautiful polder open their doors to the public.

The branches in a square form: our conscious thinking branched so delicately that subtle communication by speech becomes possible. The roots draw from the vital energy of the subconscious and nourish the upper part (see also Osmose).
